Your weight does not determine your worth therefore I designed THE CHURCH DIET so that we all can begin a healthy discussion, acknowledging the detrimental effects of our preoccupation with physical beauty.
Surround yourself with like minded people to help each other stay accountable and asking GOD for guidance will help you in feeling more capable of achieving your goals.
THE CHURCH DIET Donates a portion of our One-Time Donations/Support, Weekly or Monthly Donations/Support and the Sale of our eBooks to an Animal Shelter.
